Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect personal data submitted through this website.

01

Who we are

SENTIVO LIMITED (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17388623) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, sentivo.co.uk. We build Shopify stores, apps and software for ecommerce brands.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@sentivo.co.uk.

02

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, an optional company name, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Our server also records limited technical information, such as your IP address, for security and to limit automated abuse of the form. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

03

How we use your data

We use the details you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry by email. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

04

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers that process data on our behalf: our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend), which sends the enquiry to our inbox. These providers act as processors under our instructions.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

05

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

06

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sentivo.co.uk.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
